FAULTY ITEMS - We have strict quality control systems in place, however, if you receive a faulty item, please contact us via [email protected] with specific details and photos within 5 days of receiving your item.
We will respond within 48-hours with instructions about next steps for a refund, exchange or store credit. Return postage will be paid by Nalu Rising for the return of faulty items.
Once your faulty product has been received by Nalu Rising, your refund or store credit will be processed within 2 days. If you have opted for an exchange, the requested item will be sent to you within 2 days of receipt of the faulty product.
